However, natural materials such as wood and bamboo may vary in:

Tone.
Pattern.
Natural markings.
These variations are part of the character of natural materials and are not normally considered defects.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and viewing conditions.
Product dimensions may be subject to the measurement tolerances stated on the relevant product page.
If a product received by you is materially different from its description, defective, or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer law, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
5. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Where we cannot fulfill an order, we will offer an appropriate alternative where suitable or cancel the affected item and issue a full refund for the amount paid for that item.

We currently offer the following payment methods.
Credit / Debit Card
You can pay securely by credit or debit card through Stripe.
When you select this payment method, your payment will be processed through Stripe’s secure payment infrastructure.
Your order will be processed once payment has been successfully authorized or completed.
Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices may also apply to its payment services.
Credit Card – Payment Link
You may choose to place your order and complete the credit card payment separately.
If you select this payment method, we will send a secure payment link to the email address provided with your order within 12 hours.
Your order will remain unpaid until payment through the link has been successfully completed.
Products are not guaranteed to be reserved while payment is pending.
Once payment has been received and confirmed, your order will proceed to processing.
If you do not receive your payment link within 12 hours, please contact our customer support team.
10. Payment Verification
For security and fraud-prevention purposes, Stripe or other payment service providers involved in processing your transaction may require additional verification.
This may include verification of:
Billing information.
Payment authorization.
Transaction details.
Identity or contact information where reasonably necessary.
If required verification cannot be completed, the payment may be declined or cancelled.
If payment has already been received and the order cannot be fulfilled, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
11. Payment Link Orders
Orders placed using Credit Card – Payment Link are created before payment is completed and remain pending until payment has been successfully received.
We will send the payment link to the email address entered during checkout within 12 hours.
You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.
The payment page will display the amount due before payment is submitted.
If a payment link expires or cannot be completed, please contact our customer support team and we may issue a new payment link, subject to current product availability and pricing.
We will never ask you to send complete credit card details by email.
12. Promotions & Discounts
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, discounts, or special offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
Promotions apply only during the advertised period.
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotions may apply only to selected products.
One promotional offer may be used per eligible order.
Shipping, taxes, and customs duties are excluded unless specifically included.

Before Dispatch

After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel the shipment.
You may instead be able to return the product after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and any applicable statutory rights.

We offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the eligibility requirements and conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Return requests should generally be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs where disclosed and legally permitted.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within the timeframe stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Refunds for card payments will normally be returned to the original payment method where possible.
Payment providers and banks may require additional processing time before refunded funds appear in your account.

20. Five-Year Furniture Warranty
All desks and chairs purchased directly from our website are covered by our 5-year limited warranty.
The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not normally cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Accidental damage.
Misuse.
Improper assembly.
Unauthorized modifications.
Damage resulting from failure to follow product care instructions.
Lighting, clocks, organizers, and other accessories are not covered by this additional 5-year furniture warranty unless expressly stated otherwise.

Our voluntary warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, any statutory consumer rights available to you.
21. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where the issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.
